Terms of Service

By accessing and using store.mgmotor.co.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MG Motor India Pvt. Ltd. ("MG Motor India", "we", "us").

To place orders and access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Not create multiple accounts or share account access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to display settings.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
• Segment-specific pricing (Employee, Friends & Family) is subject to verification.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
• Vehicle compatibility information is provided as guidance; verify fitment before installation.

When you place an order:

• An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch.
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI/BNPL, and Cash on Delivery (select pincodes).
• Payment must be completed before order processing (except COD).
• MG Coins can be redeemed at checkout subject to available balance.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
• Order modifications are possible only before dispatch.

Delivery terms:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days (metro), 5-7 business days (non-metro).
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999; ₹99 shipping charge for orders below threshold.
• Dealer pickup available at select MG dealerships.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure events.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Installed accessories, customized items, and opened personal care products cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Store credits and MG Coins refunds are processed immediately.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of MG Motor India or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The "MG" name, logo, and shield emblem are registered trademarks. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MG Motor India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
• Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer as stated in product documentation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation or arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana.
