How to Return an Item

Initiate Return

Go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Return Items". Choose items and reason.

Approval

Your return request is reviewed within 24 hours. You'll receive an email/SMS confirmation.

Pack & Ship

Pack items in original packaging. Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup.

Quality Check

Once received, items undergo a quality check within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processed

Refund is initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Cancel Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once dispatched, you will need to initiate a return after delivery. To cancel, go to My Orders and click "Cancel Order" on eligible orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery through our contact form or by calling 1800-200-6464. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference. No return shipping charges apply for damaged/defective items.
